How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship from Vancouver within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping in Canada takes 5–8 business days, and Express takes 3–5. See our Shipping Policy for all the details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $99, and to the US on orders over $200 CAD.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes! We deliver to Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, New Westminster and Delta. It’s $10, or free over $99. Your order can arrive in as little as 48 hours, and usually within 3–5 business days.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Of course! Choose “Pickup in store” at checkout, and we’ll email you when it’s ready. Come see us at 2153 W 41st Ave, Vancouver, open every day from 11 am to 6 pm.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders outside Canada, duties and taxes aren’t included and will be collected by the carrier on delivery.
What’s your return policy?
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Sale items are final sale. See our Return Policy for all the details.
Can I return my online order in store?
Yes! Bring your items and order confirmation to our shop for an exchange or store credit, with no return shipping fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to help. Some brands, including Soor Ploom and Misha & Puff, can’t be cancelled once ordered.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay and UnionPay.
